Fentanyl is killing Arkansans and devasting our communities. The Arkansas State Crime Lab documented over 200 deaths from fentanyl from 2020 to 2022, and the threat continues to grow.
We will host a law enforcement and community training on Wednesday, July 30 with a presentation by Professor and Vice Chair for Research at UAMS, Dr. Alison Oliveto “What’s the Fuss about Fentanyl,” Naloxone training by Called2Duty, as well as a presentation from DHS on the Strategic Prevention Framework. Law enforcement who attend this training event can receive 3 hours of CLEST credit.
